"Around 400 million packets of MAGGI Noodles are being destroyed," Nestlé India posted on its website, along with this image explaining the recall.

Nestlé India will be conducting a countrywide operation whereby 27,000 tonnes of Maggi noodles will be sourced and destroyed, over a course of 40 days. It will require 25,000 trucks.
