The paper claimed Parineeti was “literally fuming” because Sonakshi got an opportunity she deserved more.

Indian daily dna published a story this morning about a rift between Bollywood actresses Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha.

According to the report, a singing gig at the IIFA awards was given to Sonakshi Sinha, and Parineeti Chopra, a trained classical singer, felt she was more worthy of it. The piece quotes an anonymous source revealing that Parineeti was "literally fuming" on seeing Sonakshi perform a Lootera number on stage.

The story concluded that the paper contacted Parineeti’s spokesperson "to find out if she was indeed upset with Sonakshi’s act and the response was, “Not at all!”"
